Let me tell you something about this Community, it royally sucks. This community was built in the late 80's when Village Blvd. was in its hayday. It is a very nice looking community but the staff is uninformed of the problems in the neighborhood. There is drug dealing, prostitution, rampid robberies, car theft, stereo theft, shootings, rapes, just to name a few. When I first started living there the first year was quiet. That was because a whole batch of people left the community. It was quiet and nice. The next year my stereo was stolen, and the girl downstairs had a flood in her apartment. Nothing had been updated in the apartments since the they were built.I wasa the only one in the community to complain, and send pictures to coporate office. You can thank me for the gates at the pool that lock, the new fences, the new pool, and the so called police security at night. I complained everyday until the work got done. If the staff was capable of screening tenants and doing the upgrades the place would be great, but because of the unknowledgable office staff, and the calling five times to get your toilet fixed, your better off living in Harlem. Do Not go in the Hot tub, unless you want to catch the crabs.
