I like this apartment. I am on the second floor but the floors are concrete and allows for such things as treadmills, etc. All the fixtures are in good condition and have only had one problem which was solved instantly by maintenance. Location is WONDERFUL with a shopping center on both ends of the block. Due to the hurricane last year they are re-roofing currently. Ths requires large vehicles driving about through the grass around the buildings which has marred the landscape temporarily. I understand this is a necessary inconvenience but they should have it finished soon.

All in all I this is one of the nicest apartments I have lived in.

PS I understand it is under new management. I was EXTREMELY worried when I first moved in due to the bad reviews on this site. My company is paying for the apartment and I was not looking forward to it. Luckily I have found none of the problems listed by other authors.
