Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007
 
I have lived here for 4 years. In that time frame this complex has degraded to a lower mid-class ghetto. Drugs are being sold in broad daylight, people are being robbed, cars broken into / stolen, apartments being broken into, etc. Damage from the hurricanes 2 years ago has not been repaired. The class of people here has really gone down hill in the past few years as has the entire area. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
