Archstone villages deteriorating rapidly

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Lived here for more than a year - looking to move. I feel threatened to go out at night. People fight in the parking lots. No one cleans up after their dog. My vehicle was hit while parked - hit and run. Trash floats in the lakes. Don't let the daylight fool you!
