I have lived here for 3 going on my last year here. I transfered from a one bedroom aparment to a two bedroom and simply because they want to always put new carpet, i was forced to pay $1000 dollars in damages!!!! For a 1 bedroom aparment that they approved of in the first place for me to transfer to another unit. It's crazy!!!! How can you approve someone to move to a bigger unit if there were supposedly damages in the previous'!'!'!'!' My car was hit when i was parked one night only because they have 1 entrance and it's not even gated! My water bill goes up and down like a roller coaster. They only have 1 garbage and it gets backed up all the time. There are more than 20 units and 16 apartments per building! How can they only have 1 garbage'!'!'!'!' There are pitbulls in the area and lots of college kids that keep me up at night on the weekends. I have infant children and when they go to bed, it's hard to keep them asleep! I also got bedbugs in my new apartment and they told me that I would have to pay because they dont cover bed bugs. So basically i pay $950.00 a mont just to lay my head under this roof! They dont unclude any utilities. You have to pay for water, light, trash, and aparently pest control too! This is how they treat me after i've been with them for more than 3 years! I have 3 kids and i am a single mother and they wouldn't even try to reduce the $1000.00 they were claiming there were damages. I am desperate to move out and i can't wait till my lease is over! I advise not to move here. Yes, it's worth it only because it's quiet, but when you move out, dont even think about getting a deposti back because they are quick to take it away. When i moved into my new unit, i had a leak i my master bathroom that they still till this day have not cleaned up. they fixed the problem but i still have bubbles in my ceiling. my kitchen lights are dull and they still have not fixed that. my kitchen sink the other day was leaking and i called at 8am and noone showed up or called me back until 3pm! Very unhappy with the community! Makes me so sick!

what building did you get the bed bugs in? i had the same problem, i believe it was building 17

hmmm they definitly need to do something about that. its got to be in those apartments. im in another buidling now and bombed it once with bug spray stuff from home depot and have no problem... i did the same thing in the old apartment and it did nothing, the other places above/around you are probably infested too... i'm not staying here another year
