Caribbean Villas is very afordable but the place you want to be.The property is very old and rarely maintained.Office staffs always quit because they can't stand their boss.The maintenance team's boss is so disgruntle and almost blame every maintenace problem on residents.Once my water heater broke while I was at work during a weekend.My wife did everything possible to secure the attention of their emergency staff to no avail.Finally,we got someone on the phone who told us nothing could be done about the flood in our apartment.Our apartment was flooded almost 48hours without attention.At this time,my wife was a week away from giving birth.Hoping that they would change the carpets in the apartment,they offer to pump out the water.Til this day,the carpets still smell.The edges of the wall crumble and fall;the windows have no screen and the wall are chalky and leaves a lot white residue on one's clothes;nothing to stop water in the tub,cabinets are probably the worst I have seen.Loud music at every hour.Rude people that blow loud horn all the time and also turn on their alarms unecessarily.Let me summarize it all by saying:It's a THUG's heaven. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
