Horrible place to be a renter - watch out
A portion of this building (about 50 units) is owned by one person who rents those units out. Rentals are managed by an onsite leasing office, which thinks nothing at all of lying to and bullying tenants. They harrass good tenants, yet will not manageā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Excellent security and maintenance staff. Convenient to City Place amenities, shops, restaurants, movie theater, Publix and convenient to The Kravis Center. Indoor parking is a huge plus and the valet service is very good when you have visitors.

I have lived here 2 years and have only a great experience. Building is well maintained and staff is attentive, friendly, and professional. The residents are friendly, building is quiet, and is centrally located. I have enjoyed my time here and I am considering buying.

Nice centrally located building. Location is prime. Very well maintained. Makes home life enjoyable and a pleasure. The amenties are state of the art. The staff is responsive and professional. Security is well above par. Charming lobby!
