I have lived here since 2003. Clear Lake Club is located in a great part of town, close to downtown, shopping and the highways. It has lots of green space and a great pool deck. The neighborhood is up and coming.

Very unusual for a supposed tenant to post photos of a property, one with a caption labeled great pool deck, and to mention the neighborhood is up and coming. That's something an owner desperate for tenants would post.
