I am a current resident of "Lake Shore Landing" AKA Country Lake at the Palm Beach Apt. I am very impressed of this place because I've only had 2 issues with my unit, and maintenance comes and fixes it almost instantly. I only paid $99 to get in and I really thought it was going to be crazy because of the low prices, but in reality, everyone there is pretty quiet and many people have children that play outside on the weekends and not many activities happen outside because everyone just goes to work and then comes back inside to reflect on their home sweet home. I am very happy with the leasing staff and managment from there. I am overall a happy customer and look forward to renewing my lease with them for another year.
