DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY

This place is filled with DIRTY ROACHES!!!!!!
The managment rarely comes out to spray or bomb to eliminate this problem. Also, beware of your lease agreement; they will tell you what you want to hear so you will sign your lease promptly and then swear up and down that they never said such a thing...READ YOUR LEASE PLEASE!!!! You have to pay for your own water bill, but they will say you don't. The neighborhood is not good place to raise your children; there are dealers offering young kids drugs.
