Whoa, where do I start' Looks nice on the outside, but holy cow, this place is turning into the stinkin ghetto! Even today, as I walk around the parking lot...every dumpster, and yes, I did say EVERY dumpster is overloaded with old furniture, nasty mattresses, etc. The stink alone will make you wanna hurl! I have never seen such a mess. You'd be nuts not to turn your car around after just seeing that. Now, onto the pool. Nothing like a little refreshing swim in a feces filled pool, eh' No need for a pool float, just hang onto a large piece of crap that floats by! Not to worry, you can run into the bathroom to clean up. Oh wait, there's broken glass and feces smeared on the walls in their too! I guess that's why the lovely new mgmt. just dumps gallons upon gallons of chemicals in the pool. Hey, something has to kill all the bugs, right' Management...' did I use that word' They do anything BUT manage! Don't even call them(or corporate for that matter) because NOTHING will get resolved. They are the worst mgmt. company ever. TCRS use to be the mgmt. company and thats when things were pretty decent here. NOT NOW! Most people living here(aside from a few super nice ones) are loud, rude, dirty, noisy, and just plain gangster-looking, drug-dealing crimminals! I could go on and on but I'd need pages to write. I've been here for over 6 years and I'm leaving in Sept.! I'm counting down the days!!! Oh, just so you know... Waterway Village(across the street) has CONVICTED SEX PREDITORS living there. You can see their lovely mug shots online if you don't believe me. Ah, doesn't that just make you feel all warm inside!! Don't let your kids out of your site! Well, don't move here no matter what! Both communities are for sale(once again), so they don't give a damn if you're happy or not! Trust me! Oh, and they will try and screw you when you try and get your security deposit back. BEWARE!!
