Island Shores is a discrace to Greenacers. The gate never works, and when it does theres no protection from anything. Cars get broken in to all the time. They don't fix things at all. They say they do, but they don't. My apartment flooded, and they didn't care. When the mold started to grow they came in and painted over it, and left the carpet soaking wet. They tried to make it look like nothing ever happened. Every night before I go to sleep Im sarinated by ghetto ass music being pounded above me in my apt. They charge you $25 a month for water and there is no way you use that much water. And if you do use half that amount in water your pipes will break. And they will do nothing about it. I have talked to some of the nice people in my complex. (they are far and few between). They are all disscusted with the place. There is only one nice person in the office and she is new. Who knows how long she will last, with management that doesnt back her up. They also lie and say they went into your apartment to fix things, when you know they didn't becuase you were home all day. They tell you they treated the inside of the wall for mold and the wall was never opened. It has been three weeks and my carpet is still soaked and the wall full of mold. Don't waist your time or money, go else where.
