The previous management actually went out of their way to meet your needs. The current management will not return phone calls or fix ANYTHING. Oh, they say they will fix it, but that is just to get you to stop calling. We had the carpeting changed last year, but they did not change the padding. All of the previous stains that were in the padding bled through to the new carpet in a matter of weeks. They also charged me for that. I have had nothing but problems with the new management. By the way if you are the unfortunate one that decides to live here, before you move out be sure to give a 60 day notice before your lease is up. I gave a 30 day notice before my lease was up, then I recieved a letter from a collection agency stating that I owe an extra $951.00 for not giving a 60 day notice. If you have read all of the complaints on this website, then you know not to move here.
