I was extremely happy to move out of this complex. I too had a leak in a pipe. I was out of town when it happened. The maintenance people tried to tell me it was from rain. While the closet carpet was wet, the air conditioning broke. I had a terrible mold problem. They kept telling me that it was treated and even supposedly called in a specialist to write a report saying that there was no mold. I ended up very ill. It was a constant fight. I actually was pushed aside though because the manager had to deal with the assalt previously mentioned in another review. It was a horrible experience. I was so excited moving in, but the repeated changes in management left me glad to leave.
