First 2 years were not too bad, you had to fix everything yourself, but it was pretty quiet. They did powerwash the hallways once! Third year all hell broke loose, scum moved in and that was the end of the building. Garbage thrown & spilled all over the hallways and the stairs, gangs of people hanging outside of the building 3-4 o'clock in the morning. Kids screaming and yelling first thing in the morning. Stopped complaining to office because they NEVER did anything about the problem. If you want to move to a nice community do yourself a favor and dont be fooled by the bull**** the office staff will tell you because once you sign that lease you are screwed!
