I lived here for over six years, paid my rent on time every month. I made several complaints of leaking, water damage, etc. never got anyone to come to fix problems. This is not to mention the numberous break-ins, gate not working, even though we paid an extra $100 a month for security! When I moved out they were mad because I did not renew my lease they made up false charges and placed bad credit on my report without giving me the chance to dispute it. Now I have to hire an attorney to fix this problem!

Same thing happened to us! We lived there from 2004-2006, paid our rent on time, never had any problems and when we moved out they sent us a letter the day before I had my daughter saying we owed them $3000. When we called to find out why they wouldn't return our phone calls. So I called Investments Limited, who owns the property, and they wouldn't return our calls either.
If you go to the BBB Website, you'll see they have so many complaints against them, the apartment complex AND Investments Limited. We wish we would've done our homework before we moved in there!
