Just Another Down-Hill Trend From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/27/2008 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2006   I used to live at Island Shores back in 1996. As a matter of fact I lived there for 10 wonderful years until the management of Trammel Crow decided to sell to Investment's Limited. I was half way through my lease and it only took the remaining 6 months to realize the new Investment's Limited team would ruin the place. They were mean and ruined any hope of staying...even worked extra hard at driving the long-term tennants away. They turned the happiness of a 24 hour workorder response to mostly two weeks. There was no more urgency by the new management for emergencys. Crime rate rose. No considerations were even considered for long-term tennants. I missed everyone from Trammel Crow, and was forced to move. Thank you ery much Investment's Limited / NOT!
