I found out i was being charge $800. in addition to my 1120.00 deposit....i was informed by the Manager who was intentionally trying to push it unto another employee who's on maternity leave that they charge for the use of the carpet and not the replacement''''' they are so full of it, they no longer have carpet in my apartment but instead has been replaced with tile therefore i truly believe i'm being charge for tile and labor,i have not received the letter on the itemized charges but i know it's full of BS. The apartment is still vacant i ask her to show me the damages but refuse but state that i can set up an appointment and look at the pictures"are you serious'" how do i know that it's my apartment and not someone elses. My apartment wasn't perfect when i moved but i know the repairs are not even close to my deposit amount and to think adding an additional $800. and trying to get away with it i think not, i'm going to fight this. 2 years in that hell hole and they think they can turnaround and try to screw us.Please God give me the strengh to deal with these beasts and to protect the innocence from becoming victimized by this money hungry company.
