security''' no!!! drug dealers''' yes!! Be very aware of the maintianace people .. if you value your personal belongings!! Robbed twice, first time threw the sliding glass door, make sure you have a stick in it at ALL TIMES!!! Second time, used a key to enter, you figure it out!
Apartments were nice, office staff was friendly most of the time, repairs were few but done on time. Three pools, only one worked 75% of the time. Price, over rated but not for West Palm Beach .. just a shame the neighborhood became totally ghetto!
Wouldn't recomment this property to my worst enemy!
