Ghetto living is right!! Apartments are great and could be so much better with the right people living here. Price was decent when I was there. I had maggots on my porch that crawled in from the next door neighors porch...they left garbage out for days in the HEAT! Had a chair taken from my porch!! Mold grew in my room and in my daugters room from an unknown leak. What a mess! I believe owners are new but not sure how much different things can be from new ownners, same tenants.
