The pool is filthy and not maintained. The quality of the residents has severely declined. About 6 evictions on my floor alone over the past year! Crime has become an issue too. A new VW bug had all it's windows smashed, and all 4 tires slashed, along with several other incidents of car break-ins. Facilities are not maintained; broken exercise equipment sits in the club house like a garbage dump. Gotta get out as it continues to get worse.
