I've lived here for 3 years and I'm appalled it has declined so badly. The poor maintenance man is over worked and under paid to handle all the junk that people throw on the ground and leave behind. The place is filthy (no money for cleaners) the pool equipment broken, the "club house" a joke - as residents have stolen the TV and broken equipment, the elevators are down a lot of the time! Their operating certificates are even 6 months out of date. Several residents have their car radios blaring when the come and go in the parking lot and don't lower their voices in the common areas. One poor lady fell one night due to really poor lighting and rocks on the walkway. The turnover in staff makes my head spin. The latest is rude and unprofessional with how she addresses residents and issues. Pass this place by.... though it's too bad... as it could be really nice if they kept it clean, and were more careful with who they rented to and employed. Too bad they fired the on-site manager they had. She really cared about things and was wonderful to work with. It was the first time in years that the place was starting to turn around.
