where do i start we moved in 2005 and it was decent we were first time renters and since the rent was so low it seemed like a good starting place. It is the most disgusting place ever I was so embaressed to tell people where I live. You see maintance men sitting under the trees in the golf carts drinking beer......when are dish dispplosal wasnt working it took them 2 months and several letters and calls later to get some one to come out and fix it, by then I had already paid someone to fix it......no one speaks english and I mean no one! My car was broken into and when the police got here they told me I was LUcky....yes lucky....because most people get their car stolen or house robberies!!!! The kids in the neiborhood are horriable they go around messing with your propery I have a bench outside my door and I came home one day to see 3 boys hitting in with a golf club....for what...just plain rude and ignorant!! Trash is always piling out into the street and this place use to have really nice grass when we fisrt moved in now since they let all the illegal immagrants come and have soccer and football games in the grass its no longer grass but all dirt no to mention there are the LARGEST spiders ever that live in the apartment even after the exterminator comes. Known for drug dealing and ghetto as hell dont ever move here ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

I visited the apartments a lot for a year and a half before I moved in with a friend and I lived there for 3 months in 2007 in my friends apartment. The place was by no means a bad as she says. I never saw spiders, had a grassy front lawn, nice and quiet neighbors and never had problems with the children that couldn't be fixed by threatening to find their parents. Only on 1 occassion did I see trash piled anywhere and that was when the garbage men didn't come to empty the dumpster. Guess where the trash was piled. Beside the dumpster. By no means would I call this place ghetto, it's actually good place too live for the price of the apartments. I plan on moving there shortly for my first apartment. My snooty mother didn't have a problem visiting me and she doesn't like stepping foot outside "good neighborhoods".
