I've lived here for almost 7 years and I've seen the best and the worst Madison Chase has had to offer. They've gone from drug dealers to prostitution in the time I've been here but I can honestly say they were proactive in removing the problems from the premises. For those parents who don't parent very well, you would have a problem with the children hanging out too late. I have 2 boys and I've never felt as though they were unsafe. The staff has gone from good to bad to good again. It's in a prime location next to a B rated elementary school, movie theaters and restaurants. Super Walmart, Publix, and Super Target (to name a few) are less than 2 miles away in each direction. They have delivery out here from just about every place you can think of (which if you came from the hood you know how difficult it is to get ANYONE to deliver).

I've never really had a problem with them fixing anything in my apartment even if the staff doesn't speak english. The bug problems become your problem if you don't put down baits and such. I do because it just so happens to also be located next to wooded areas. Those who haven't been here don't know there used to worse than spiders and ants running around here. Let's try foxes, black racer snakes, possums AND raccoons so if raccoons are all we deal with now, consider yourself lucky!

Overall, in my opinion, you could do much worse it's what you make of it. ......................
