i moved here in july 2005 and i love it, all this crap about noise,police,and fire
trucks is a bunch of garbage if the police is called it`s because of a personal
matter in a tenets own apt. the office staff is only human if they were
unprofessional i`m sure they would have been replaced so,i`m not saying
they are perfect but they do a great job. now as for the garbage
compactor if these lazy folks get off their behinds and carry the garbage
themselves instead of sending the small kids that can`t reach the compactor
all you have to do is put the trash in open and close 2 or 3 times and
there would`nt be any garbage lying around and if it were mainteance
staff clean on a daily basis trust me malibu bay is a wonderful place to live
oh!one more thing section 8 people is not so bad

BULL ----! This was most likely written by a member of malibu bay staff. DONT BUY INTO THIS RATING. STAY FAR AWAY FROM MALIBU BAY! DO NOT BE FOOLED!
