Do not move into this complex. I believe the property when opened was nice, but once you start accepting Section 8 residents, everything has gotten worse. Residents are loud at all times of day, fights in the parking lot, police are always on the complex. The complex has no form of security whatsover, so there is no order. I was coming home from church today, and while I was coming up the steps to my apartment, I hear gunshots. I look outside and someone's 2008 Camry had two of the windows shot out.... This place has turned into the (Ghetto). Do yourself a favor, and move somewhere where section 8 is not accepted.

I'm sorry Jefriley, but I am a section 8 applicant and not all section 8 participants are trouble, or bad neighbors. Before making comment, please get to know all section 8 neighbors, this is very offensive in the name of section 8 since i hold a voucher. However, I do agree on some of the activities that takes place out in Malibu Bay, I'm still living out there myself. The management really can't provide any help to out concerns only to their concerns meaning only what's important to them. I dislike parking and that my car is a result of it with it's dents and ding, breeze ways are messy, when it's time to pressure clean; the water is inside your house, no security, the rules are there, but not enforced.
