This place is the worst!! The walls are so thin you could hear EVERYTHING YOUR NEIGHBOR IS DOING EVERYTHING!!!!! Maintence is lazy and slow. I requested a washer and dryer and still haven't recieved them. I'll be moving out next month and I'm so HAPPY IT'S OVER!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!! GHETTO!! The tub is at an angle so when your taking a shower your whole floor is full of water. Dishwasher don't work. Closet doors are a piece of crap!! NO GOOD!!! The pool is discusting. The water is a fungus green and the laundry room machines have been broken sinced I moved in.

The walls are VERY THIN. ITS LIKE THEY ARE NOT EVEN THERE. YOU HERE EVERYTHING YOUR NEIGHBOR IS DOING. Yes the closet doors are crap falling apart. The all the water fossets go from cold to steaming hot. DANGEROUS IF YOU HAVE I SMALL CHILD. TERMITES.BIG FLYING TERMITES. i found termites CRAP-DODO in my bathroom floor on my kitchen counter. The flying swarmer termites landed on my bed crawling under my pillow. I AM HAVING THEM BREAK MY LEAST AND I AM MOVING OUT. i as for some to come and inspect the place for months and no one has. The Manager here she is Lazy and does'nt comply to any compliants.

Don't waste your hard earned money!!! The office staff is rude and they are always trying to make you pay more.. I just moved out and they are refusing to refund me my deposit!!! When someone refer you to Mallards Landing run the other way!!!

the office staff is lazy and rude, they have no respect for any one and you do pay for every thing every for the door nob. there are limited of parking space but over all it is not as nasty and dirty as the other apartment next to it.

i think that this is a very true. i can say this is the worse place i have ever lived. i cant stand the front office they r lazy and rude just like you said. they r about the money not about anything else. they want money but dont want to spend it.
