I HAVE RENTED MY ENTIRE ADULT LIFE AND NEVER BE SO DISPLEASED WITH THE MANAGEMENT OF A COMPLEX. THE GATE HASN'T WORKED IN SO LONG I CAN'T REMEMBER WHEN IT DID.
MY MAINTENANCE REQUEST TOOK 2 WEEKS TO COMPLETE AND I HAD TO TELL THE OFFICE 3 TIMES BEFOR IT WAS DONE. IN THE 5 YEARS THAT I HAVE LIVED HERE, THE WALLS HAVE NOT BEEN PAINTED AND THE RUGS WERE CLEANED ONCE ONLY BECAUSE I REFUSED TO RE-SIGN THE LEASE IF THEY DIDN'T DO IT.
THE FIRE ALARM OUTSIDE MY BUILDING HAS BEEN MISSING FOR MONTHS. HOPEFULLY THERE WON'T BE A FIRE UNTIL I MOVE OUT.
RE-THINK MOVING HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR WELL-BEING AND SAFETY!!!
