When we moved in we had a list a mile long of things needed fixed-dishwasher flooded, bedrooms missing doors, washer and dryer very old and not working...the list goes on. They took their time in fixing and replacing everything-we would have moved then, but the cost of moving again was too much. This year has been a nightmare. A/C broke down more than we can count-mold spores everywhere in a/c area and when we asked them to clean it or if they had the appropriate stuff to clean we would-they said they didn't know, we told them that was a big health hazard and they didn't care. We ended up having to buy stuff to clean it ourselves.
The jacuzzie has worked one time for one week and the pool is not cleaned appropriately.
We are so shocked the health department hasn't shut them down.
Very rude and slow to act maintenance and staff, but quick to charge fees to tenants for rent being late one day!!!
The buildings need pressure washed badly and have never been washed since we moved in. The grass grows above the ankles a ways before they cut it.
