The title of this review says it all! The management of Palm Lake Apartments couldn't manage a lemonade stand, say nothing of managing a rental community!! If you talk to ANYONE who lives here we will tell you of numerous complaints that we have, none of which will be addressed by anyone affiliated with this complex. You can address issues with corporate or the front office and you will get nothing but LIES, BROKEN PROMISES & MISLED! Drive by and take a look at how rundown this dump is and look at all of the empty units. Anyone who says that they are happy here more than likely are employees or friends of the office staff! I was told by the regional manager that they are converting over to condos as of November 2004. I also know for a fact that the mantience workers have CRIMINAL RECORDS and these are the people that have keys to our apartments!! If it is mantainence that you desire, you WILL NOT find it here, so do not bother asking (unless you want your vehicle vandalized by the employees)! The front office blames the lack of repairs on the corporate office and if you talk to the corportate office, they wind up giving you a line of crap too. We have contacted an attorney and so far we have at least 12 tenants that want to file a class action lawsuit against this business. How would you feel if your child's mattress got bugs in it and had to be replaced because your child got bug bites while they were sleeping' Well, we have gone through that too with our 17 month old. And here's a good one...Palm Lakes idea of exterminating' A 3 pack of Raid Foggers! There are even tenants that have mushrooms growing from their carpets, as well as mold from their ceilings. Has management taken care of this' Well, if I have to answer that then please re-read this review! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME, MONEY AND STRESS....DON'T MOVE HERE, UNLESS HELL APPEALS TO YOU!! Oh, did I mention that the so called maintence workers here think it's funny to let themselves in on the tenants while the tenants are NAKED'
