I lived in this complex for 5 months. I don't know where to begin listing complaints. I moved out shortly after my apt. was flooded during the hurricanes. NO the water did not rise up from the lake, it came up through the foundation, and was driven into my inside walls through cracks in the outside walls. Just before I left Mgmt. was kind enough to spray the mold that covered my apt. with bleach. Don't think I'm the only one whose apt. was covered in mold. This is why I broke my lease & moved. This place is a health hazard and should be condemmed!! not sold.
