i had wrote a review the second day i was living in palm lake villas, and obviously was very upset. but after living here for almost a year now, i take it back. the assosiation is very strict and even charges another deposit themselves, but it also keeps the community very safe and clean. we have not experienced first hand with any troubles inside our community. and upon the hundreds of apartment complexes in west palm, this one is sure to be the safest and cleanest. as well as the cheapest for the 1/1's i've seen. i am now moving into another unit in the condo for $650!! any other place for $650, i'd be living in the ghetto. and this is far from that. i would recommend this community. it is very quiet, clean, and the neighbors are all respectful and friendly.
