understand, I usually don't take the time to do things like this, but in this case I have to! gotta look out for my people! =)
The pavilion is awful!!! full of empty promises !! I have lived there 2 years and have yet to see a security guard, club house, sauna, or a gym. all amenities which they advertise on all rent .com's and book 's ect. any time someone asks when something will be up and running they give the same answer " OH,in a month or 2" Well that month or 2 has turned into 2 years!
I have never lived in the projects, however I cant imagine them being any worse then this place!
