The maintenance is horrible and you will always need maintenance, I promise you that. My sinks take hours to drain, the tub has filled up with raw sewage numerous times and the quickest they ever came out to fix that problem was 1 day. They still have not shampooed my carpet to remove the excess sewage that got soaked in when the hallway flooded. They pay for water but will turn it off on occasion without warning or reason. The washer in my building was filled to the brim with dirty water for 1 week before they fixed it and when I called to complain they said it was not their problem because they did not actually own the washer. The apartments have roaches and other insects that will not go away(they've sprayed twice) they will not give me a blind thats been missing from the living room since I moved in 5 months ago, so everyone can see in my apartment. Don't rent here! I first lived in a 2 br than came to the 1 br to save $ and it's not worth it. Tenants are loud,staff only cares about getting paid, not keeping up a nice complex, and it's outdated and 100% overpriced. Living here is the biggest moving mistake you could ever make!!!!!
