I was looking over this review thing and I just had to see what the reviews were for my apartment complex. WOW! People seem really pissed off here. I am happy here myself. The manager is doing a great job! The staff is really nice and maintenance goes out of their way for me anytime I need something. The parking lot was just completed and it looks fabulous! The grounds were pretty torn up from 3 hurricanes, that is a fact, but I don't think it is the managements fault. They have been getting alot accomplished in a short time since I've been here. By the way, for the people that say they have bugs, I do not and have not ever seen one. Perhaps they should take a look at their own domestic cleanliness. The block itself isn't with the best of characters, but I've seen the change and their is definetely security here, I see them all the time. Rents are getting pricey, but you pay for what you get, this is South Florida and it ain't cheap.
