Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
When I moved in almost a year ago, the pool was not finished, the landscaping was sparse and the gates were busted. I was told this would all be fixed. DID NOT HAPPEN. The management at The Pavilion were not efficient at all. They could not solve a problem to save their lives. I felt I paid a lot of rent for very little return. Then, a few months after I moved in I was told the place was turning into condos. Add to the above description, workers tearing up the place at all hours, dying grass and improvements that were never completed.
This place is a mess. For those looking to buy a condo there BUYER BEWARE!
