Management leaves much to be desired

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
Management is rude and unprofessional. They will assume all problems are caused by tenants. For example, when the a/c had continuous problems, the property manager left a rude message accusing tenant of tampering with the system. The manager insisted that the unit was new when it is obviously over 10 years old. Managers demeanor is alway angry and unapproachable.
