Not sure where the negative comments are coming from. Polo Chase was one of the best apt complexes I've lived. Sure it has some issues but all apts (& homes!) do. I found the staff to be very nice, helpful, quick to repair, accomodating; and I found the apartment to be THE cleanest I've moved into. The grounds were always kept clean and even after a hurricane, they got the place cleaned up FAST. Now, the residents destroyed the workout room, never picked up trash, dumped their furniture at the dumpster - but the staff' Never had a problem with them at all.
