It's gone down hill in a major way!

I've been there for about 3 years now, as someone mentioned before, it USED to be nice and quiet. Well not anymore. The reason's got to be that these leasing individuals are just renting to anyone and everyone. While management is fairly nice, nice doesn't cut it when you allow people with criminal backgrounds to move in left and right. It's a shame because Village Blvd is a nice area, but I simply can't wait till I move elsewhere.
