We tried to move into RPK.Big mistake. The apartments are nice but management really needs to get their act together. We turned in our apps on a Sat.They said they would call on Monday to update us on the progress. We ended up calling them on Tuesday to hear that they were just starting to process them. They were just verifying employment on Thursday. After a week of "processing", a procedure they said would take 2-3 business day, they finally denied us saying we need a co-signer.After I left a msg on Fri. with 2 numbers to reach me at, they called the one number I asked them not to call me (home) and left a message. It's like they didn't want us to move in at all. They should've been the ones tracking us down but yet we were the ones who had to keep calling to get information.....Re-consider your decision to move here if you haven't already signed that lease.........
