Trust me don't sign that lease! I have to wait until we move out to tell you all the details. The way this place is ran we are in fear they will read our comments and find a way to keep our deposit. There are special situations that will let them know just who we are. Keep watch for heading "Thank God we've been able to move" coming in May or June.
