Do not be fooled by appearance and fast talking staff. Maintanance will not fix anything. If you want something fixed even an "emergency" item it will take at least a month. The grounds are not maintained we still have hurricaine debris. The trash compacter violates health codes because it backs up every week and turns into a mountain of trash that overflows onto the driveway. Don't plan on sleeping or relaxing because loud music and noise goes on all day and night. Despite what management says this is not a gated community the gate hasn't worked in years and it will never be fixed. This gives easy access to seedy characters that cruise through the neiborhood and hang out. If that isn't bad enough, suspicious tenents reside in the complex. They wear "gang attire", hang out in large groups, blast loud music, don't go to work because they hang out all day and night, and have expensive luxery cars. Many people would conclude that this would describe people invloved in drug and gang activity. The management is fully aware of these activities.
