The tenants of apartment 1411 are a threat to the neiborhood. The tenents of this apartment have thrown another wild party tonight 2/5/05 outside of their apartment building. There is loud yelling and cussing, loud music, drinking alchohol and smoking substances, reving car engines, bouncing a basketball, etc. This has been an ongoing problem. It is obvious that these people could not have passed the criminal background check so why are they here' When management was questioned about these people they said that they are trying to locate the actual lease holders. In other words someone that could pass a background check leased the apartment and is letting criminals use it for their playground. Management has been informed about the loud parties, criminal activity and threataning behavior numerous times but refuses to do anything. They do not care about the saftey of paying tenants.
