We have been renting here for seven months, and our apartment was broken into we are on the second floor and the theif kicked our door and the molding came down with it. We begged royal palm to get us new molding as we felt unsafe, and the police officer that came out told us it was not safe. After 2 weeks of calling and being lied to, finally someone came to "fix" it - you knwo what they did, they painted over the crack marks going straight from the ceiling to the floor. Now someone explain to me how this is safe. someone could have leaned up against my door and it would have broken. This place is overpriced and doesnt give you ANYTHING for your money. I can deal with the noise and the kids, but if your house gets robbed in broad daylight then i think the staff should at least try to make it look like they care. Needless to say we have put a deposit on a new "safer" apartment whcih will hopefully have a better staff to serve as our advocates.
