This website states I must write a short review, but the honest truth is there is not enough paper in the world to write about the horror I have lived in for the past 10 months. First of all, every other week the the staff changes, but they all seem to have several things in common...

1. they are all between the ages of 16 and 21,

2. they are all disorganized,

3. professionalism is no where to be found,

4. They are incredibly rude

5. they have no issue with boldley lying to your face.

They lost my "walk through" papers, when I moved into my apartment, not one appliance was in working condition when I moved in (I didn't recieve my microwave for 3 months and my disposal still doesn't work), and they switched my unit about 3 times before I moved in. I had to make 4 - 5 maintenece requests before I finally sent a noterized letter stating from my an attorny and some of what was requested got done. The unit's floor plans are actually kind of cute...so if you can look past the mold and cracks on the outside of the buildings, the price to square footage can sell you, but do not be fooled. If you don't mind your neighbors playing loud music all night long, owning large, untrained, and unleashed pittbulls, and openly selling, buying, and doing drugs, then you might survive: but your car will not. If I had a dollar for everytime a stolen car was brought to this community to "stash," or someone's car was stolen within the community, I could probably buy my way out of this lease. The cops have been called so many times in this community, they don't respond to phone calls.
I will give credit to the "emergency" maintence men...since my A/C breaks about once a month...I have had to call them several times and they respond quickly...as for the "standard" maintence employees...I cound't tell you because I haven't met them. My work orders always seem to "get lost," or they simply do not show up and I later must call the emergency line. One time, my bathroom door came off the nails, and i waited 2 weeks to have it fixed. They called me to let me know a maintence representitive would be there in fifteen minutes...but he never showed. As I said before, this is truely the never-ending story.If you are considering Royal Palm Key...please, stop now. It is vile and repulsive. No one deserves to live like this. I truely believe a cardboard box would be a better alternative then Royal Pallm Key.
