I agree totally with "Used To Be Nice"..... The staff have good marketing skills but they don't deliver what they promise. The gate is always broken, the trash is awful, and you can forget about getting anything fixed in your apartment. They have one maintenance man that doesn't really know what he is doing but they take everything that he says as the gospel. The only way that they will attempt to solve any problems is if you threaten them with legal action. These apartments are way too overpriced for the crappy service that you receive. Please take my advice and do not live in Royal Palm Key apts. It will save you money and a headache.
