Management are too young and inexperienced

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
Our rental experience has been a nightmare from start to finish.
We have requested services multiple times and have never gotten it, as well as had a bad pest problem. The management has also lost keys and forgotten to spray for bugs.
They also lost our deposit and claimed we owed more, thank goodness I keep very accurate records and produced a copy of the check they cashed from my bank.
