I lived in RPK for 10 months when my husband and I first moved to FL. ALl I can say is it is a complete DUMP! I worked days and my husband worked nights..I always felt scared to be home alone with my daughter. I wouldnt even walk up to get my mail because of all the shady/scary looking people outside. It literally looks like a prison yard. There is open drug dealing/drug use. OBVIOUS gang activity, loud parties, and enough crime to make you think you were in the middle of the ghetto. Village Blvd USED to be a nice area. I dont know what happened. I know LOTS of people who were robbed, had property vandalized, etc. It is not a safe place to live especially if you are a single woman, or have children. The management cares NOTHING about what happens on the property. The pool and poolside bathrooms were always filthy and good luck trying to get anything in your apt fixed. But rest assured that they will take it out of you security deposit. This place should be SHUT DOWN. It is disgusting!

Oh and one other thing...my sister and brother also lived there at the same time. Their apartment was lit on fire because of some idiot next door. The management of RPK did nothing to reimbuse them for their loss. My brothers entire room, furniture and school/art work were ruined. They both lost time off of work due to having to move into another cr@ppy apt there. THEN they got stuck paying HIGHER rent than the were. The mgnt. could have cared less. :0(
