So I moved into Ponte Verde about 8 months ago and unfortunately I am stuck in a 13month lease but I felt like I need to express my feelings towards this hell hole and maybe keep people from making the same mistake that I did. Ponte Verde advertises that it is a "gated community". That is a load of crap. In the 8 months that I have lived here it worked once. I called the office regarding the gates because we had a lot of police in here due to people causing problems that did not live here and they said that the association did not budget for the gates and to get them repaired they would have to raise association fee's so that they could have money to fix them. I live on the second floor and the stairs broke and lets just say they took their sweet ass time fixing them. The people next door to me sell drugs out of their apartment. We have had roach problems since we moved in. The property manager and every other piece of crap in that front office are good for nothing. This place is HORRIBLE. Save your money and go somewhere else.
