me and my family live there for 2 years and the place is dirty rat infested. this placed is roach infested too. because of my hardship i had to live in hell. the maintance are theives they would rob your apt while u are out and don't live in the back apt called quailwoods u would just be setting ur self up for a beatdown. if there's anything u need to know the rent is cheap but u have to pay for the nastyness and the company that goes with it. its not worth it, trust me!! every building is dirty from A-F then they have the nerve to send the tow truck to tow your car! and they can't keep up that raggedd place clean the pod or lake whatever it is the water is Green. they don't like to pay the light bill for the street. dont be surprise to come home in darkness. beaware or mybe u might be set up to get robbed. this is no joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. THink about it.

Listen, I have lived in Live Oaks for 5years and I have never seen a rat in my life so Im not sure of the way you keep your apartment. The Roach investation is a problem if you once agian keep your home filthy If you have nothing for them to eat and go after why would they be in your aparment. I agree it is not the best of place to live but it is affordable and it is not a gables community to if you want that style I advise you to live in wellington or Royal Palm or something. Oh also for the comment about the back part of quailwoods I have lived there for years and never had and issue..... if we knew who you were we probably would beat your ass for writing those things about where you, yourself live. If you dont have anything positive to say just get your $hit and get the hell OUT!! YOUR FRIENDLY NEIGHBOR IN THE BACK ;)
